Board Nominee: Rich Gallina

Rich Gallina has been involved in the game of rugby since 2004 in Hong Kong. He was selected to represented the country for the National Team at the age grade levels.
During that period he founded and ran an U18 Club, Tai Tam RFC. He later moved on to Syracuse University leading them to their first Nationals appearance and served on their administration in many positions ultimately as President. He attended the New Zealand Sports Academy for an education in Rugby in Rotorua, NZ which is headed by Wayne "Buck" Shelford and Darrell Shelford.
He has since joined the Village Lions organization serving in various administrative roles and has held the current position of President of the organization for the last year and half. He also is currently co-director of the Northeast Sevens Championship Series (Qualifier) alongside Jerry Mirro.
He holds a L200 Coaching Certification as well as an L2 refereeing certification with USA Rugby.
