Specific Responsibilities: 
Possess a valid coaching certification- Paid for by alumni, as well as necessary training seminars. Attend and direct practice five days a week. Attend all scrimmages and league games. Maintain a line of communication with our very involved alumni. Possess the discipline to run a strict, Division I team. Maintain a good relationship with USA Rugby. Teach the game of rugby to players of varying levels. Maintain a positive image, as well as be a good role model, both on and off the field. Prior coaching experience preferred

What we are looking for a coach who:
Does not let the little things go. Maintains a good relationship with the staff under them, as well as with our student captains and officer board (Assistant coaches and staff to be approved by head coach). Develops and maintain a strong team philosophy. Exudes passion and dedication daily. Develops relationships with players, to learn their strengths and weaknesses. Analyzes team and player game performance and effectively adapt team play and strategies. Effectively uses practice times during the week and before games. Presents professionalism to his players and the community

The Harvey School - Head Coach, Girls Varsity Rugby

The girls varsity rugby coach reports to the athletic director and is responsible for overseeing the girls rugby program at the Harvey School. The position starts on February 26, 2018 and ends on May 25, 2018. The hours are 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday (Wednesdays 2:00 - 5:00 PM). Matches are usually played on Sundays, but there might be an occasional weekday match.

Primary Responsibilities: Develop meaningful and productive practice plans; Run and execute practice plans on a daily basis.; Effectively communicate with both parents and players in a timely fashion; Attend all coaches meetings within the league; Delegate certain responsibilities to the assistant coach (attendance, match write-ups, etc.); Meet with athletic director at end of the season to discuss job performance.

Morris Rugby - Director of Coaching

Morris Rugby is seeking a Director of Coaching. The position Reports to the Coaching Committee and will Liaise between the Coaching Committee and Coaching staff. The DOC will agree plans and budgets with each Coaching program and oversee its execution. The DOC will also support pathways for talented players at all levels to reach the next level.
